If schools are closed due to inclement weather on a Friday when a FAC event is scheduled, the event will also be canceled. The Board will communicate the cancellation via email.

After the cancellation, the FAC Board will consider the following options:

• Reschedule the event at a later date in the year, either at the same venue or a different one, with the same sponsors assigned.
• Not reschedule the event. Sponsors can either sign up for another scheduled event or forego their 2nd sponsorship obligation entirely.
