WHAT IS THE FAC?
The FAC (Friday Afternoon Club) is a grass-roots networking group in Omaha, NE. The FAC membership is made-up of local A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) professionals, with BD responsibility, and their valued clients.
While we are NOT a tips group, or a professional association, or even a 501c3...we ARE a group of professionals that like a good happy hour. So, we formed the FAC and as a result, business is done, partnerships are formed, information is shared, adult beverages and fried food are consumed, and strong relationships are built.
EVENTS: We get together bi-weekly on Friday afternoons from 3-5 p.m. For the 26 events per year, each event is held at a different venue (restaurant/bar) in the Omaha metro.
THE BOARD: The FAC is run by a volunteer Board; and this Board establishes a yearly calendar of events that are all fully sponsored by our vendor members.
MEMBERSHIP: Members are selected and/or renew their membership on an annual basis. However, there is a waitlist for times when we have unexpected sponsorship opportunities.
